Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Timeframes
As all our products are made to order your item is made fresh just for you! Australian orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. International orders from Australia may take a little longer

Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or peak periods. We will always assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your details are correct at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
