The DRS Story

My name is Jess. I’ve always been one of the boys—but after spending years around the scene at TWS Brendale, I realized I wanted something that was actually mine. I saw how much passion drives this community, and I knew it was time for women to have a range of custom car gear that hits just as hard as we drive.

The Missing Gear

Let’s be real: for a long time, if you were a girl at a car meet, your only merch options were boxy, oversized men’s tees. If there was a "girls' option," it was usually just a smaller version of the men's shirt or—even worse—just a small slap of neon pink to be classified as ‘girly’.

For years, the car scene has been dominated by a "men’s fit" mentality. And look, that’s fine for the majority, but as women continue to climb the ranks in motorsport and the car community, we deserve merchandise built for us. We’re showing up to the meets, the track days, and the garage hangouts—it’s time we had gear that actually matches the energy we bring.

The "Why": Why We Crop

DRS Apparel was born out of the need to reclaim that space. As a shorter girl in the scene, I spent years drowning in fabric. I’d look around at every meet and see the same thing: girls either swimming in baggy shirts, tucking them awkwardly into their waistbands, or twisting them into knots just to get a decent shape.

I didn't want to just participate in car culture; I wanted to dress the women who live and breathe it. I wanted gear that was feminine, functional, and fiercely automotive. That’s why our Signature Cropped Tops became the heart of the collection. We took the "DIY" look girls were already trying to create and engineered it into a premium, flattering silhouette that stays put while you’re behind the wheel. No more tucking, no more twisting—just a fit that actually works.

Driven by You

Every piece in our collection is a response to that "I wish they had this" feeling at the merch stand. DRS is for the bold, the fast, and the ones who don’t wait for permission to stand out. It’s built for the girls who love boost, burnouts, and a cute outfit.

It’s feminine without being soft. It’s tough, unapologetic, and made to keep up with the boys—or leave them behind. We make clothes for the girls who know their specs, love the sound of a cold start, and want a wardrobe that reflects their humor, passion, and lifestyle.

DRS isn't just a brand—it's the outfit the car scene was missing.
